With excellent mechanical intensity and abrasion resistance, making a high shelling rate up to 95% and reduce the breakage of milled kernels. The basic uses for rubber rollers are found in the manufacturing processes of textiles, film, sheet, paper and coiled metal. Rubber covered rollers are used in all sorts of container and packaging fabricating equipment as well as machinery used for the sanding and grinding of wood, steel and aluminum.

How Are They Made

Rubber rollers are usually manufactured via casting or molding, but they may also made through extrusion. Casting processes are utilized only with rubber rollers that have metallic cores. In this case, cores are formed through a metal casting process like stamping, after which they are bound to a rubber coating.
