Every section have its own application some are workable in same industry and some are for specific sectors . A,B,C,D,E,SK,M,K these are the sections available in classical wrapped belt . Wedge wrapped V-Belt offer high transverse stiffness and a transmission power 50-100%  higher than classical V-Belts. The transmission limiting velocity reaches 40m/s and the transmission efficiency over 95%. 


Marking  

Wedge wrapped v-belts fall into two categories :the metric sp series comprise of SPZ,SPA,SPB,SPC models.it is made based on the basis length of v belts. specific noting should be made on the order list if the customer has special requirements for length.


(2) RAW EDGE COGGED BELT

(3) WEDGE RAW EDGE COGGED BELT








Features  

Wedge raw edge cogged V-Belts feature large friction coefficient small friction loss , high transmission vibration noises and the fatigue endurance reaches over 10 times . 

Marking  

Wedge raw edge cogged V-Belts fall into two categories. The metric SP series comprise of XPZ,XPA,XPB and XPC models. The inch  V series include 3VX and 5VX models. V-belts of these types are marked according to the outside length of factory V-Belts . Specific noting should be made on the order list if the customer has special requirements. The length conversion table is available for conversion between various models.

 (4) BANDED INDUSTRIAL BELT  



Features 

Banded classical V - Belts  are composed of multiple classical V-Belts are connected into a whole. They effectively solve problems such as wobbling, smacking and turning over occurred in single belt operation while ensuring equal stress of each belt and a large conveying load.


Marking  

The marking of banded classical V-belts stipulates model type, banding number and length with factory mark in sequence . V belts of these types are marked according to the length pf factory V-Belts.




(5) AGRICULTURE BELT 













Features  

Agriculture V-belts feature simple structure, easy production, srlooth transmission , small mechanical vibration, small mechanical vibration , wide applicability and convenient maintenanc.


Marking  

The marking of agricultural V-belts show the inside length of factory V-belts. 



(6) WASHING MACHINE BELT















Features 

V-Belts for washing machines have the a dvanta ges of high tenacity . low extension , small tolerance , low resistivity . Elimination of electrostatic charge possibly product in the use of V-Belts, fatique endurance of over 10 times . 


Marking  

Labels of V-Belts for washing machines are made based on the inner perimeter of V-Belts and the conversion relations for different models can see the above table.
