RUBBER RSS AND SBR / NBR RUBBER  


(A) Rubber  RSS    

Rubber RSS has various types such as RSS 1 , RSS 3 and RSS 4/5 .  all types have different quality . 


Rubber RSS 1  

Rubber RSS 1  is the most  premium in the RSS lineup. This pure natural rubber is of very high grade and made from white laces and roller into thick sheets. It has many uses, such as high quality  medical equipment, Pharmaceutical applications, adhesives and adhesive tapes.

Rubber RSS 3  

bbed Smoked Sheets (RSS 3) is coagulated from high quality natural rubber latex produced by Thomson Rubbers. Rubber latex processed into ribbed rubber sheets and then sheeted, dried, smoked, and visually graded.

RSS3 rubber sheets are used in the production of Tyres (tires) & Tubes, Tread Carcass, Off road tyres & ADV tyres, Extruded hoses, Footwear etc. Tyre industry is the biggest consumer of RSS3 rubber sheets. The majority of rubber is exported as ribbed smoked sheets (RSS), (over 50%), of which ribbed smoked sheet no.3 ( RSS 3 ) constitutes the major part.

















Rubber RSS 4/5  

The lower grades of RSS 4 and 5 are generally used for the manufacture of automobile tyres, re-treading materials and all other general products. RSS 3 and RSS 4 are the preferred raw material for radial tyres.

(B) SBR   

Styrene-butadiene rubber is the highest volume general-purpose synthetic rubber in production for a reason. It is used across a broad range of applications, spanning everything from car tyres, shoe soles and heels, drive couplings, automotive parts and mechanical rubber goods.

SBR 1502 RUSSIA 

Synthetic rubber SBR-1502 is styrene (23.5%) and butadiene (76.5%) copolymer obtained by cold emulsion polymerization using the soaps of resin and fatty acids. The polymer is stabilized by non-staining antioxidant and contains no nitrosamines and substances that may become a source of nitrosamines.

(C) Reclaim Rubber  






 


Reclaimed rubber is a material made from scrap or waste rubber by a softening and plasticizing process; it is designed to replace or to supplement new rubber in the manufacture of rubber products.
